• Aetna & UHC/UMR do not cover virtual visits.

• Oscar, Tricare, and VA Community Care clients are all limited to 60-min appointments due to reimbursement from insurance. 

Insurance & Verification:

We accept Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, UHC/UMR, VA Community Care and TRICARE, subject to eligibility and verification. We are currently unable to submit claims to BCBS or Anthem. Clients with these plans may choose to pay out of pocket and waive claim submission.

Nurture Direct Care:

Prefer an alternative to insurance? Our Direct Care packages bundle lactation consultations and personalized support for one upfront package price. By purchasing a package, you choose to pay directly for the included services and acknowledge that Nurture Lactation will not submit insurance claims for those services. Review package pricing, payment terms, and expiration dates before purchasing.

Credit Card Policy:

A credit card is required to hold appointments. Your card will not be charged for a standard appointment booking unless a payment or deposit is specifically required.
